*sigh* I'm starting to feel deprived shorebird-wise, every time I get to
the main pond it's bereft of shorebirds, save a stray Killdeer or so. Again
there was only one (1) peep there today at around 5 or so. Saw the Green
Heron huddling on a log near the cattails amidst the dying lily pads on the
lake, though, so that was a happy consolation!
