August 20, 9:51 AM - This is Vic Nelson. This past weekend at Point-No-Point
on the Kitsap Peninsula I had over 800 COMMON MURRES Saturday morning, also
about 500 COMMON TERNS in the area, 100+ RED-NECKED PHALAROPES, 300+
CALIFORNIA GULLS, a couple hundred BONAPARTE'S GULLS, and about 300
HEERMAN'S GULLS.

August 22, 7:14 PM - Steve Dang (206) 368-6887. Today at West Seattle just
south of the Alki Point lighthouse I had a RED-NECKED PHALAROPE. It was with
a flock of about 150 SANDERLING.
