The following message from Dick Cannings, summarizing banding totals
between August 1 and 18 at the Vaseux Lake banding station, may be of
interest to some of you. Vaseux Lake is located about 15 miles south
of Penticton in the Okanagan Valley of B.C. The station will be
operating until September 30.

Apologies for the 4-letter codes-- these are the standard codes used
by the Bird Banding Lab, but as they are in check-list order, most of
you can probably figure out which species they refer to.
