Jeff,

Congrats. on the interested female flicker. I really can't say what you
should do with your feeders. Is there any type of food that attracks
starlings like suet nearby? If so, you might want to move it so that it
doesn't attrack the starlings because the nest box will in no time catch the
attention of the starlings. Again, I can't say whether to move it. There
will be people here to tell you. I would think that if you have a fairly
busy feeder station(s) then maybe it would help to move it a little so that
the activity doesn't bring the accipiters in too close to the nest. But
that's just a thought and hopefully someone will be able to answer better.
