The Sauvie Island C.B.C. was held on Dec. 16th in foul weather
which dropped the number of species seen on the Washington side of this
bistate count by at least ten species. We did add two new to the WA side
bird this year, the Long-tailed Duck and the Long-eared Owl. Below are
the list of birds seen in the area which includes the Ridgefield Refuge
and the Vancouver Lake Lowlands.
