That particular email virus message is a hoax. The file that is mentioned in
the hoax, however, Sulfnbk.exe, is a Microsoft Windows utility that is used
to restore long-file names. I suggest you type 'sulfnbk' into a search
engine and read about this hoax that has been doing the rounds for quite
sometime. Most likely you will also find information to restore your system.
