Came home this p.m. after a visit to warm and sunny Kestrel Acres and an hour or so of watching the little guy hunt field mice and found a bunch of starlings raising hell in the neighbor's cedar hedge that towers over my rose bed, so of course I turned to go get the BB gun to do a few of the little _____'s and then saw more fly in and whadayaknow they're Brewer's! So, of course, I held my fire until the neighbor's cat showed up. Sorry if this goes over the PC line but I've been like this ever since I put the flag on my pickup.
