Merry Christmas, everyone!

A brief update for all interested, and especially for those that made the trip to Twisp to see him, As of about 8:15 this morning he's still fat and sassy. He continues to show up several times a day, eating primarily suet. I'm trying to introduce other food items for him, since he's not really equipped to handle sunflower seeds, although he will pick out shelled seeds. Any ideas will be much appreciated.

To those that are thinking of making a trip, welcome. We enjoy the company, and the chance to look at our feathered friends through new eyes. Maybe I should follow Ruth Sullivans suggestion and get a guest book. Well, gotta go fill my feeders, if only I could come up with an effective deer repellant...
