Tweeters,
Jan Watson, Russ(from Longview), and I observed a Black Phoebe at the
Julia Hansen Butler headquarters building today. It was immediately present
at the parking lot as we pulled in. It was seen from 1:00pm and was still
very active and observable at 2:00pm when we finally left. It was observed
in front of and behind the headquarters bulding with a small pumphouse in
front of the headquarters building being a favorite place. It was quite
accommodating and seemed very content.
