Andrew Emlen has photos of the Julia Butler Hanson phoebe
which he will be sending me soon. I will post them when
I get them.

Black Phoebe was recorded in Portland the last two winters.
and has been record (I think) at Tillamook Co. on the
coast. Like Red-Shouldered Hawk, this is a species which
is slowly expanding northward and the Julia Butler Hanson
area has habitat very similar to the places where it regularly
occurs in Coos and Curry Counties on the Oregon Coast.
