Hello Randy and Tweets,

My mother and I have encountered Say's Phoebes in recent past winters in
eastern WA, where they are believed to winter in scarce small
numbers, depending on the mildness of the season or other factors. Our recent
personal winter records include:

1 at Dallesport,Klickitat Co. on the 12th of December,1998
2 at Priest Rapids Dam,Yakima Co. on the 5th of February,2000
1 at Chief Joseph Dam,Douglas Co. on the 27th of December,2001

Sincerely,

Ruth and Patrick Sullivan
