Today I arrived at Julia Butler Hansen NWR at 8:30AM. The BLACK PHOEBE
showed up at 11:00. It was a long wait, but worth it. I enjoyed the bird
for several minutes with Kraig Kemper, Keith Brady and Tom, our knowledgable
and friendly refuge host.

Barn Swallow-1
Sharp-shinned Hawk-1 adult
Nutria- very vocal
