Subject: mystery birds

I talked to my brother again tonight. The birds have been seen at the
north end of the Kingston Labor Training Center, which is at the top
of Ohio Road. He saw three of the birds perched in the top of a tree
just before it got dark. (not Killdeer) and he knows what a starling
looks like and said these birds were smaller. Like a swallow.
