Attached is a picture from the latest issue of the Monroe Monitor newspaper
showing a man holding a goose that has been mis-identified as a Snow Goose
(with a cute story attached). I checked my bird books and can't find the
right ID. It looks to me like some kind of domesticated goose. If it is a
snow goose, I've never seen one that ever looked like that, and I've seen
thousands of them.
