Greetings All
I am freshly back from the subtropics, and so I went off looking for the
Edmonds Arctic Loon today.
I saw 9 Pacifics, 1 Common, and 1 RT but no Arctic. As a warning, there is a
Pacific Loon with fairly typical Arctic Loon flanks there. The rest of the
bird is typical for Pacific, including a very nice chin strap. The bird found
by Beaudette was clearly different, as he saw important structural difference
and face pattern differences. But observer beware. There is an imposter in
the location as well.
Cheers
