I'm sorry to report, but my unusual yellow finch seems to have been
afflicted with conjunctivitis (# at $^$##$ at !!! -- poor bird--breaks my
heart to see him like this).

My question is two-fold: how long do you recommend I take the feeders
down for and do I need to dump everything in the feeders (I just
refilled them this morning)? I was hoping to participate in the GBBC,
but if I don't have feeders up, I may get a few wanderers, but not my
regular crew.
