Today during a visit to Bryant Lake along State Route 9 just north of
Arlington , north Snohomish county , I observed about a dozen swans. I
dont know swans well enough to say for sure whether they were Tundras or
Trumpeters. One of the birds had a green collar with white letters, and
me without a scope, darn !, only 8X binos. Who is banding (collaring)
swans ?
