I have had several people ask if the feeders I make are squirrel
proof. I didn't know since we don't have that problem here. I didn't
keep records as to who they are, so I can't reply to them personally.
So I will shamelessly post this message to all of tweeters. I received
it from someone who has one of the feeders.

Did you realize that your big feeder is essentially squirrel proof?
Our squirrels have been trying to gain access to the large amount of
sunflower in it the past few months and have been unsuccessful -
apparently too large and smooth for them to climb down.
