Doug,
Get off at Marine View Drive, then follow Marine view to Rt. 529 North. After you cross the draw bridge, take the first exit which directs you to Langus Waterfront Park. Continue past the park and the Everett Crew Club and park at the head of the trail, near the underpass for I-5. You can walk the trail, or walk straight up 4th. St. for about a half mile to Spencer.
