Every year, we publish listing results in Oregon Birds, and mainly we have
handled this via the mail. Now we have a basic Web form for this. So if
you hadn't sent your lists to Jamie Simmons as of yet, you can submit the
lists via a Web form that will e-mail your results to him.

Go to thor.clark.edu/korprt/Listhome.htm
and follow the instructions (please note that there is no www at the front
of this address. As soon as we are able, we'll have a link to this site at
the OFO site.

We'll keep this site active until at least March 15, 2001, for your
convenience. If you prefer the old-fashioned paper method, the forms should
be to you near 1 March, as OB will go to the printer Monday or Tuesday.

On this form, name and e-mail are required--e-mail addresses will only be
used for the purposes of contacting if something is awry.
