I called (800) 561-8583 about the "Birds of BC," vol. 4, found that the prices if shipped to a US address are in US dollars (the well-known Expatriated Hockey Player Effect, presumably). I believe someone else has already pointed this out. But I also found that if you ordered the whole set from the UBC press (same phone number), and had it shipped to a Canadian address, the whole four volume set comes in at just over $200 U.S.
