Greetings,
The Common Teal in Sequim, at the corner of Woodcock and
Kurcher(sp) roads was spotted yesterday, while on an outing with the Olympic
Peninsula Audubon Society. As previously reported by Bob Norton, thru
Tweeters, it was spotted at the far N/ NE corner of the pond just to the
right of a stump showing at the cattail line. It was there for about a
minute then flew off with some G-WT. Truly, a beautiful bird!
Best viewing is just off Kurcher Rd and put the flashers on.
Good birding, Doug Watkins
