Does anyone remember who was banding Song Sparrows in Discovery Park.

I saw a SOSP with a color band on Sat Dec 30 during the Christmas Bird
Count in Marysville and wanted to report it. I haven't used the USGS
Patuxent Wildlife Research Center Bird Banding site because it refers to
numbered bands.
