Hi Tweeters, while walking in Celebration Park (Federal Way) today I spotted a duck decoy floating in one of the ponds. I can't imagine that anyone would be hunting in a city park - is there anyone who knows about this? I wondered if it had anything to do with all of the new bird and bat houses that have recently been put up.
