Hi folks,

Just a friendly reminder that seems to need to come up every few
months. Please please please indicate the exact location of your
sitings, importantly including county, IN THE BODY OF YOUR MESSAGE -
even if you are following up on some rare bird or other peoples sitings
that were previously posted. I have noted a couple of messages lately
asking about where some location is that was posted, and I have seen
some messages with little to no indication where the sitings were made,
except for a possible brief location in the title of the message. While
this may seem adequate to some, not everyone's email software permits
full titles to be displayed, therefore the birds noted have little or no
location info with it and therefore are difficult to decipher. So I
ask, I beg, if you take the time to report the birds, please take the
time to tell us exactly where they are, even if you know everyone knows
that Bandon Marsh is in Coos Cty. I'd be willing to bet someone new
doesn't know that!
