QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will hold an M.S. or higher degree in Conservation
Biology, Ecology, Wildlife Management, or related field, with an Ornithology
emphasis. Strong writing, speaking, and interpersonal communication skills
are a must, as is a desire to make an important contribution to wildlife
conservation. Must be dynamic, enthusiastic, persuasive, tactful,
insightful, committed, hard-working, and able to work well with others.
Must be willing to travel.

> Primary responsibilities are to continue to develop and implement HWI's
