Method: 20 minute (timed) station count from observation deck at Ecola
Point using 20x60 Bushnell spotting scope and 8x50 Bushnell
binoculars. Birds were sorted as to flyby, sitting rocks, sitting
on ocean.

NOTES: There is a recently finished raised observation area built
over the new restrooms at the Seaside Cove area. This make for nice
seawatching. I put in 20mins this morning. There were good numbers
of BLACK SCOTERS (kind of hard to find this winter).
