I live just outside the Sumner city limits along the Puyallup River. Hubby
says today he was watching two Bald Eagles sitting in the trees (approx. 150
yards away) when they took flight. One of the eagles must have decided he
was hungry because he swooped down and abducted one of the neighbor's
chickens. The hungry eagle landed in the same neighbor's tree and tore at
the chicken while the other eagle simply landed in the field next door. To
add insult to injury, when the hungry eagle wasn't so hungry any more, he
scattered what remained of the chicken around the neighbor's yard.

Indeed, all I have to do is look out my kitchen window to witness natures
wonders.
