I'm not familiar with Western Scrub Jay distribution in the general Puget
Sound area, but I see one every January when I'm west of the crest
(Cascades). Saturday 1/27 I had one cross I-5 in front of me near MP 133 in
Tacoma around 2:30 pm. And I was only doing 60. Honest.
