Thanks to everyone who replied on-list and privately re my query.

Here are a few more related to Bewicks Wrens: I know these little birds
have a pretty extensive repertoire of vocalizations. Does each individual
pick a "signature song," or does he pick-and-choose what to sing as the mood
strikes? Reason I ask, I have one BEWR that hangs out in the bushes/trees
near my condo, and I'd never heard him do the "Pee-ter" vocalization before.
I guess now I'm wondering if it's the same bird, or another one. How big is
a BEWR's territory, anyway?
