> 1. What are a couple of good spots to look for Cassin's Vireo
> between Seattle and Vancouver?

They nest in Campbell Valley Park, along Ravine Trail, which is just the
Canadian side of the border between Seattle and Vancouver. Take the 8th
Ave exit right after the border (off Hwy 99 in Canada, I5 in
Washington) eastbound and keep on 8th until you get to Campbell Valley
Park. There is a map by the entrance parking lot that will direct you to
the unobtrusive Ravine Trail.

Apparently someone has found a nest here; I've only seen adults, which
call early in the morning. For details on where to find the nest, you'd
need to track down the finder via the Vancouver Bird Alert.

> 2. Does anyone have a specific location in Vancouver where Crested
> Myna has been seen recently?

There are apparently only four left and they frequent the area around the
Cambie Street bridge, particularly in the area around First and Wylie and
First and Quebec. They nest in the holes around the Best Janitorial
Building, on the west side of the building. You usually hear them before
you see them.

Also, there is a specific Vancouver area birding group that might be of
interest to you:

Good birding,
