The description of the Yakama Eurasian Collared-Dive sounds suspiciously
like the bird we had in Portland a year or so ago.

It was identified as a Collared-Dove but the OBRC rejected the record as
the bird gave distinct Turtle-Dove calls.

I would suggest that you disregard the plumage of this bird and rely on
the calls it makes.
