Thanks to Hal for looking up Fred's old Quinalt record from July 92. I
still have a hunch there's also a Foster I. (Seattle) report for late May in
the '90-92 period, I feel like it was reported at least in the Seattle Aud.
Notes but I don't carry any back issues and haven't had a chance to check.
