.................Went back to Ridgefield NWR--River-S unit after work
today to see if I could locate the Black Terns. I did!!!! 3 Black Terns
near the road at the east side of refuge. Didn't see a 4th one,
but......*3* is ample to make my 'life list'. (-:
..................The number of Black-necked Stilts is growing-----there
were *9* today--in the same area. Also saw the 2 Great Horned Owls--- on
the Kiwa path.
..................The number of Great Egrets is growing---saw 8 today.
...................Also male and female Belted Kingfishers
etc.....etc....etc.
