BANDING REPORT- Coho Creek Watershed demonstration site
26 June 2001

Method: Up to six 9m mist nets are placed in mixed Red Alder/
Sitka Spruce with understory of Red Elder and Salmonberry along
the the upper Coho Creek, Seaside, Clatsop Co. OR. Captured
birds are measured, ringed with USBBL numbered metal bands and
released.

Notes: While this was a low diversity day, we caught plenty of
birds. Many of the SWAINSON'S THRUSHES, were males that appeared
to not be in full breeding condition and, we speculate, may be
nonbreeding males.
