Thanks to everyone for their response. My initial impression was that
it was Peregrine, but upon returning home and digging through my
Sibley Guide, I began to suspect they were Osprey. I've seen Osprey
before, but just didn't expect to see them in such an urban area (in
spite of the habitat around the buildings).

Now if I could just figure out what some of the other were!
