hello tweets and all,

my friend, who manages the lory collection for the point defiance zoo,
said that the lories "went bezerk"; screaming and flying around just
before the earthquake. there were some wild steller's jays in the
immediate area that also "went bezerk"; also shrieking loudly before
flying away.

i also heard that report on NPR that burt guttman refers to.
