This has been a hassle for me. This year I tried several places in the
Tri-Cities,
including Fred Meyer, & they don't sell them. Also tried Fred Meyer in
Spokane
& they wouldn't sell me one unless I bought a Hunting or Fishing license!
No chance of that happening!
Finally, The General Store in Spokane was great.
