Thanks Kevin for posting the WDFW info about licenses on-line. I wish
them luck - when I got my Access Stewardship decal I was at the Mill
Creek WDFW office. After trying for 5-10 minutes to get hooked up using
the computer system the person at the front desk gave up and used the
old "slow" written method. Took two minutes and I was gone.
