Around 9:30 am this morning 38 Sandhill Cranes passed over the mouth of the
Snake River enroute north.
Also this morning I observed Cedar Waxwings foraging on the fruit of
Highbush Cranberry along the Nature Trail in Two Rivers County Park. This
is the first time I've seen birds eating this particular fruit.
