Hello all,
Yesterday I cruised around the Kitsap Peninsula checking out some sights
with my girlfriend, as it wasn't a pure birding trip, oh well.
We stopped at Point No Point where at about noon Vic Nelson and I spotted
the adult LITTLE GULL from his place. Had a similar count of Scoters and
OLDSQUAW, that Patrick Sullivan reported the day prior. And had the large
rock shorebird along the Port Orchard waterfront with about 28 SURFBIRDS and
45 BLACK TURNSTONES. Of course all my girlfriend wanted to do was look at
the HARLEQUIN DUCKS, but who could blame her? ;-)
