How are domestic activities in your yards? I have what I thought was a
purely decorative little birdhouse, which I moved from a wisteria vine
over my deck to a pear tree further away. Chickadees and Bewick's wrens
have been scrapping around it for days. It isn't in a very safe spot, but
last year, bushtits built a nest in a neighbor's lilac, and the nest was
only about a yard off the ground. The BTs were so noisy, they attracted
cats from all over. I think they have found higher ground this year.
They have certainly not learned to be quiet!

PS My neighbor's feeder is being visited/harvested by a sharpie.
