HI ALL:
I was watching a small flock of Bushtits here on Bainbridge Island, WA
today and noticed one was trying to pull a piece of moss/lichen apart. I
think it might be using it for nesting material. Does this seem early for
Bushtits to be nesting? Does anyone have info. on the courtship behavior
of Bushtits?

sincerely
