Subject: Say's Phoebe at Marymoor Park yesterday

Hey Tweets - I tried to send this yesterday, but it didn't go through.

On Thursday I installed 5 perch posts (actually 1 post, 2 sticks, and 2 stakes)
in the north end of the East Meadow (southeast of the Interpretive Lot) in
Marymoor Park (Redmond, King Co. WA).

Yesterday, Friday March 23, I zipped past there around 2:30 just checking on
the posts (making sure nobody had broken one or pulled one out).

And what did I see on the biggest central perch, but a SAY'S PHOEBE actively
flycatching and returning repeatedly to the perch post!

This is just the second time I've seen Say's Phoebe at Marymoor - the previous
time was March 21, 1999.

Four Western Meadowlark remain in the field (seen just about every day this
week).
