While working outside yesterday, my Dad noticed some busy little BUSHTITS
constructing one of their incredible nests on the underside of a tree branch.
Some AMERICAN CROWS are building a nest in a nearby tree, and knowing their
love for Bushtit nests, I'm hoping they don't find their little neighbors.
Also, a female ANNA'S HUMMER has been plucking cat hair and lint from a
nesting material box I made last year. Happy Spring!

Good Birding,
