I did see the replay of the incident and it was startling. They declared it
a "fowl ball".

Now for some serious stuff. If you don't have a copy of "Sibley's Guide to
Birds" or could use another one, the Issaquah Costco, and I suspect the
others also, have Sibley's book on sale for $22. A great bargain.
