Brad,

I don't know where you are talking about specifically,
but in eastern Oregon there is a place called Hart
Mountain National Antelope Refuge. I was there last
summer and saw probably 50 sage grouse (within a few
weeks). I couldn't say where they would be lekking,
but I am sure you could find out at the entrance field
station. I highly recommend it! Lots of sage thrashers
as well (late in the summer, however, eating from the
multitude of squaw currants that were available...
oops! There's that word again...)
