Just a moment ago I got a distant view of dots in the air over the
Snoqualmie Valley below me, which binoculars showed were likely TURKEY
VULTURES that have returned. A quick drive down to 324th north of the Fall
City-Redmond Rd indeed showed a show of 11 of the soaring wonders circling
and darting south, then north, over the large cattle ranch. They then all
just now headed to the large cottonwood trees at the north end of the field
and settled in.

Eleven is the largest number of them I've seen in the four years I've
watched them. Usually it is about 3-5 birds total. Fun times.
