First, no guarantees. We were there & didn't see it.
But the location is near Othello, p 53 B7.
In the west part of Othello, take McManamon Road north about 1 mile north.
Keep going checking out any blackbird flocks, especially as the road goes
down a hill. Also check the nearby Para ponds from the road. You'll see
them.
Please report your findings.
