Water was low and thus there were a lot of exposed mud flats at the Yakima
River delta this morning. Shorebirds present included: 24 American
Avocets, 2 Black-necked Stilts and 6 Greater Yellowlegs. Many swallows were
present but most were quite distant, still was able to ID at least
Violet-green and Cliff.
